Drive-Thru / Pickup (New Location)
Just order any product here at our website, and choose the "Drive-Thru/Pickup" option during checkout. Our online team will message you through text or Viber once order is ready for drive-thru/pick-up. Kindly bring a valid ID as well.

We are also open for walk-ins (same time: 8:00AM-2:00PM on working days only), just make sure you have browsed the website for available sizes and designs.
Payment Options: COD or non-COD (Bank Payment/GCash/PayPal). Details are available in our payment page,and also provided in your order confirmation email. For Bank/Gcash, just email your proof of payment at shoplinyalinya@gmail.com before the 2PM cut-off!
PLEASE NOTE:
- You are allowed to open your package at the warehouse to check your items, but wearing the shirt to check the fit is not allowed.
- Once shirt is worn on your body, for hygienic purposes, it can no longer be replaced.
- You can assure the fit of your shirt, however, by checking our size chart here.
Same-Day Shipping
Just order here at www.linyalinya.ph and choose the SAME-DAY SHIPPING option upon checkout. We can only ship within Metro Manila. You can choose COD or non-COD (bank payment/GCash/PayPal).
Our cut-off time for same-day shipping is 3PM and on working days only (Monday-Friday; weekends & holidays not included). If your order comes in past 3PM, it will be shipped the next working day.
Naturally, same-day shipping is not allowed for pre-orders since they are not on-hand products.
You will receive an email confirmation after ordering. After that, just wait for our online team to contact your number to confirm if someone can receive your order on that same day. For reference, we will use these numbers to contact you: 0927-824-9965 or 0927-824-9962. Please use an active contact number when ordering-- otherwise we cannot ship out the order if the number is unresponsive.
Shipping fees for same-day deliveries are as follows:
Metro Manila COD (cash-on-delivery) = ₱220
Metro Manila non-COD (Bank Payment/Gcash/Paypal) = ₱190
If Standard Delivery of 5-7 Days for Metro Manila = ₱50
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific time requests for same-day delivery, since the number of orders vary per day, and due to other factors beyond our control. Rest assured, though, that our online team will contact you when your order is ready to be shipped out within that same day.
Yes, just email us within 1 hour after placing your order, and as long as we haven't shipped your package yet. Once shipped out, your order cannot be cancelled or edited anymore.
Our online team will contact the number you provided before shipping out your order. In case the number is unresponsive, your item will not be shipped out. In case of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. traffic, road accidents, weather conditions, unresponsive phone numbers), our online team will let you know if the order can be delivered or not. You can also choose to cancel the order afterwards or have it delivered on a different day instead (fees might vary).
Pre-Order Inquiries
All pre-orders are final. We advise you to be 100% sure before placing a pre-order, since cancellations are no longer allowed once slot is paid and confirmed.
Pre-orders are not on-hand products. Shipping will start after 4-5 weeks or more. Kindly manage your expectations before purchasing. There are no rush pre-orders.

COD is not applicable for pre-orders.
Naturally, same-day shipping is not applicable for pre-orders.
If you order other on-hand shirts along with your Pre-Order, they will be shipped after weeks with the Pre-Order. So if you want to receive the other shirts earlier, please make a separate order.

Standard shipping rates apply. Expect longer delivery time for international orders.
Payments should be made 24 hours after placing orders. Order will be cancelled if no payment proof has been sent. Instructions are also sent to your email after ordering.
You can only request for pre-order cancellation or edits within one (1) hour of placing your order, on the same day.
Unfortunately, once your pre-order slot has been paid and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled/replaced/exchanged.
Sending Gifts
- Just go to any product of your choice in our website.
- Scroll down and you will see the "Add Gift Options" checkbox (above the Add to Cart button).
- Check "What's Your Message" to include a note to your order. Make sure to include To (Name of Recipient), From (Name of Sender), and your Message.
- Check "Gift Receipt" if you want to hide the receipt.
- Choose a sticker design that will be placed on the packaging. Choose from up to 10 designs! Only one (1) sticker label is allowed per product.
PLEASE NOTE:
- COD is not applicable for orders with Gifting Options. Otherwise the receiver will have to pay for the gift you sent.
- For Pre-Order gifts, they will still be shipped after 4-5 weeks.* There are no rush deliveries. Please manage your expecations and read the provided information in every Pre-Order product's description.

Do note that our shirt sizes have changed as of July 2020. Just check the size chart link for details.
The KIDS shirts and shorts will have the same size; ex: if you chose Size 2, both shirts and shorts will have that same size.
You can only purchase both the shirt and shorts as as set. Get them both for P550!
We offer payments through bank deposit, GCASH, Paypal, Paymongo, and COD for select areas.

Just browse through our website for available designs. Check out our Best Sellers, or check the New Designs tab for the latest releases this month. Anything marked sold out is no longer available. Restocks don't have definite dates and/or guarantees.
Restocks have no definite dates and guarantees (especially for limited edition ones). Some designs also get sold out on the day of release. Be sure to follow our social media pages for updates on new designs or restocks per month so you can get yours next time!
Shirts (Adult Size) are composed of 60% cotton, and 40% polyester. Kids Shirts are composed of 100% PURE COTTON to make them 100% safe and kid-friendly! ♥
We provide shirt printing in bulk (minimum of 100pcs). Read here for more details!
Shipping & Tracking
We ship nationwide, and anywhere in the world! You will just have to pay for the corresponding shipping fee based on your location.
In the payment page, the shipping fee will automatically displayed based on where your item will be delivered. We suggest you order a lot so it will be worth your purchase.
The shipping fee is dependent on your location and the weight of items. The more shirts you buy, the lower the delivery fee will be!
All fees are automatically computed upon check-out for you to see.
Tracking only starts once the courier has picked up your order from us. Orders are picked up the following working day if you order before 2PM.
Once your order has been picked up, you will receive an email notification: "Your order has been scheduled for pick-up!" Click the VIEW ORDER button and it will show your order status page. The tracking number will be updated there.
Weekends and holidays are not included for pick-up schedule.

Shipping starts from the date of courier's pickup and/or once payment has been confirmed (not from the day of ordering).

All orders made past 2PM on working days are considered orders on the next working day. (Example: You ordered on Monday 2:01PM, it is considered an order for the next working day.)
If order was successful, an email with the subject "Order # confirmed" is automatically sent after. Do check your inbox and spam folder as well.
If you didn't receive an email, your order may not have pushed through.
If you were sure that your order was successful and you have screenshots as proof, kindly email us at shoplinyalinya@gmail.com with the subject: "No Order Confirmation" and also attach the screenshots. It may be possible that you have misspelled your email address if you didn't receive confirmation.
Please make sure your contact details are correct/updated before ordering.
Kindly wait 1-3 working days (weekends & holidays not included) for confirmation of your payment! Any orders & payments made past cut-off are taken care of on the next working day.
Please make sure payments are sent on/before 2PM of the following day or order will be cancelled.
If your order is already past the courier's standard delivery duration, kindly email shoplinyalinya@gmail.com with the subject "Order Number + Follow-Up" and the online team will help you locate your order.
For failed deliveries and/or item has been returned to sender, just email shoplinyalinya@gmail.com with the subject "Order Number + Redelivery" so the online team can coordinate with you on the redelivery of the item.
Due to quarantine and LGU mandates, some areas are non-serviceable by the courier. The online team will send you an email if your order is out of delivery zone. Feel free to coordinate with them through the email if you want a different courier; however fees may vary.
The courier will attempt to deliver two times before the item is returned to us. Please make sure that you are at the address stated, or that someone can receive the package for you. Make sure that your address/contact details are also complete and updated.
If item was returned to us, just email shoplinyalinya@gmail.com with the subject "Order Number + Redelivery" so the online team can coordinate with you on the redelivery of the item.
Damages & Returns
For online purchases, shirt size replacements are not allowed. Two size chart links have been provided in every shirt's product page, and final reminders are also included in your order confirmation email.
Before ordering, make sure to check the size chart provided, which is also on top of the website, to avoid errors.
Unboxing Video Policy
Kindly take a video while opening your package. If you have claims of damaged, wrong or missing item/s, we’ll need a video as proof.
If a wrong package has been delivered, kindly email shoplinyalinya@gmail.com with the subject: "ORDER NUMBER + WRONG ITEM"
Please attach the unboxing video of the wrong items received so that the online team can see and coordinate with you on how to return/replace the product.

How do we keep track of our points?
Just log in to our Rewards Page with the same email you use for ordering, and you will see the points you've accumulated once you logged in.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points expire when you don't have any purchases/not earning points for 6 consecutive months.
What products can I use my points on?
You can only use your products on regular priced items.
Can I earn points if my mode of payment is COD?
Yes, your points will reflect on your profile after when we receive the payment and when it is already reflected on our system.
Can points be transferrable?
Unfortunately, your points cannot be transferrable to other accounts.
What if I cancel/refund my order?
If order is cancelled or refunded, your points will also be subtracted.
